PRF has been proven to be superior and more efficient than PRP due to its capacity to release grown factors and is 100% natural. PRF releases growth factors for up to one week, versus, PRP which releases growth factors for only a few hours. The blood that is collected for PRF is spun in a special low-speed centrifuge – the EZMINISPIN – to isolate the platelets and white blood cells from the red blood cells, creating liquid “gold”. Unlike PRF, With PRP the tubes are spun at up to 6x the G-Force, eliminating all red blood cells by pushing them down. Spinning the tube fast eliminates not only the red blood cells, but also the good cells we do want. Because the blood is spinning at very low force with PRF, platelet recovery is close to 100%. PRF also has white blood cells, and stem cells, unlike PRP.
